Payment Terms:
To guarantee your booking, we kindly ask for a 50% advance payment of
the total accommodation cost within 14 calendar days. The advance
payment can be made in multiple installments, but the full advance must
arrive in the hotel's bank account no later than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Services can be canceled/modified without penalty beyond 7 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations within 7 days will result in invoicing the total accommodation cost.
- Failure to cancel will result in invoicing the total amount.
- No-Show (failure to arrive) will be invoiced at 100% of the ordered services.
Important Information:
- For hygiene reasons, we do not allow pets in our hotel.
- Our rooms are non-smoking.
